Diet while at working

It is hard to find time managment to work and eat. I try to eat a meal before working a eight hour shift, and at lunch I eat usually sandwhiches. That keeps me going through my shift. After work if I'm tired sometimes I just snack. Eating seems to combat the efects of stress at work, and allows me to excell at it. I write more latter. Keep reading its good for you!
