Housing Support
The housing support team is a partnership between Community Connection, Front Street Inc., Santa Cruz Community Counseling Center and North County Mental Health. The team is designed to assist and support individuals in successfully maintaining independent housing. Through a variety of supportive housing related services, we provide hands on, wrap around services to insure that individuals maintain wellness in their homes and learn to successfully live within their own communities. Community Connection’s “Employment Specialist” supports individuals in finding and maintaining employment, volunteer positions or educational programs. Through individual counseling and group activities, we provide a strength-based approach to breaking down barriers and achieving goals.
