Financial Incentives
Improve your Bottom Line
When hiring people with disabilities, there are a number of financial incentives that businesses may qualify for. Community Connection staff will guide you through this process. As an employer you may qualify for Tax and On-the-Job Training incentive programs that will help offset your business costs. The most commonly utilized within our program are: On-the-Job (OJT) training cost reimbursement and The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC).
