Supporting our community by supporting families

Family Partnership

The Family Partnership Program provides peer support, education, referrals and grants for respite care to parents and caregivers of children and youth who receive mental health services through the Santa Cruz County Children’s Mental Health System of Care.  To receive Family Partnership services, families must have a child under age 18 (or under age 21 if still in school) who is open to coordinated care.
